For years, I carried a secret under my skin—one that I thought made me feel more beautiful, more confident, more loved by my spouse, more worthy. My implants were supposed to empower me, to help me embody the version of myself I had once dreamed of, or at least what my spouse had dreamed of. But instead, they slowly stole pieces of me.
At first, the changes were subtle. A little more fatigue, an ache here and there, skin that didn’t quite glow the way it used to. I chalked it up to stress, to life, to getting older. But then came the deeper symptoms—pain that settled into my bones, inflammation that made every movement feel heavy, severe arthritis, brain fog that turned my sharp intuition into a dull whisper, skin lesions that appeared out of nowhere, extremely dry skin and eyes, deteriorating vision, debilitating foot pain, unable to lose weight, and unable to enjoy life. My body, once my greatest ally, had become an unrecognizable battlefield.
I was a nurse, a healer, an educator—yet here I was, dismissed by doctors, gaslit into believing that it was all in my head. I have a unique approach to this because for 10+ years I actually worked for a plastic surgeon! I was so conditioned to believe that BII was something women made up in the 70's and 90's for publicity, despite the fact that we were key participants in the FDA's adjunct study to test for efficacy and safety of the implants.
In 2024, I knew, deep down, that my body was speaking to me, screaming for help, for release. But I had been conditioned—like so many women—to silence that voice, to push through, to endure and to continue the man-pleasing behavior. I didn't want to admit to myself even that it could be my implants.
The breaking point came when I could no longer deny the truth: My implants were poisoning me.
Making the decision to explant wasn’t just about removing foreign objects from my body—it was about reclaiming my sovereignty, about choosing me over the societal pressures and expectations that had shaped my perception of beauty. It was about healing, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
The journey hasn't been easy. There has been grief, deep and raw. There was fear—of how I would look, of how I would feel, of whether I could truly heal. But there was also something else… something more powerful than all of it: Relief. Freedom. Reconnection.
Through my background in Somatic Coaching and Embodied Spinal Flow, I had spent the last couple of years helping others tune into their bodies, yet I hadn’t fully listened to mine. When I finally did, I found my way home. I use breathwork to soothe my nervous system, movement to release stored trauma, and energy work to let go of the toxicity—both physical and emotional—that my implants had left behind.
I am slowly starting to feel alive again. My body is starting to soften, my energy is slowly returning, and my spirit has been lifted. Most importantly, I re-learned how to trust myself.
This is why I do what I do.
I see you—the woman who is exhausted, dismissed, afraid. The woman who knows, deep in her bones, that something isn’t right but has been told otherwise. The woman who doesn't want to admit it could be her implants causing all her issues. The woman who is preparing for explant surgery, wondering what will come next. I see you because I am you.
And I am here to walk this path with you.
Healing from BII is not just about taking implants out—it’s about restoring yourself from the inside out. It’s about listening to the body that has carried you, even through pain. It’s about releasing the trauma, reclaiming your radiance, and embracing the woman you were always meant to be.
If you are ready to stop surviving and start thriving, to come back home to your body, to yourself—I am here for you.
Because you are worthy of healing. You are worthy of wholeness. You are worthy of you.

Healing from BII isn’t just about removing implants—it’s about reclaiming your body, restoring balance, and finding peace within yourself.
How Somatic Coaching Supports Your BII Healing Journey
💛 Releasing Trauma from Implant Toxicity – Your body has been fighting a foreign object for years. Somatic practices help release stored stress, fear, and trauma associated with chronic illness and medical experiences.
💛 Nervous System Regulation – BII often triggers chronic fight-or-flight mode, keeping your body stuck in a cycle of stress and inflammation. Through breathwork, movement, and embodied awareness, we’ll shift your system into a healing state where true restoration can begin.
💛 Preparing Your Soma & Mind for Explant Surgery – Your body is an active participant in this journey. I’ll guide you through grounding practices, breathwork, and gentle movement to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered before and after explant surgery.
💛 Reconnecting to Your Body Post-Explant – After removal, many women experience an identity shift—a mix of relief, grief, and unfamiliarity with their natural body. Somatic coaching provides a compassionate path to reclaiming your sense of self, rebuilding trust, and embracing your true form.
💛 Releasing Stored Toxicity Through Somatic Detox – Emotional and physical detox go hand in hand. Using breath, movement, and energetic release techniques, we’ll help your body clear out lingering toxic imprints from implants and complete the stress cycle.
💛 Cultivating Self-Love & Body Acceptance – Your body has carried you through so much. This is an opportunity to rebuild love, trust, and acceptance—not just for how you look, but for the deep wisdom and resilience of your soma.

🌿 Your body is speaking. Are you ready to listen? Let’s start your journey back to wholeness.
Phase 1: Pre-Surgery Emotional & Somatic Readiness

Phase 1: Pre-Surgery Emotional & Somatic Readiness
Preparing your body and nervous system for explant surgery is key to a smoother recovery. Surgery is not just a physical event—it also affects the emotional body, energetic field, and subconscious mind. Before surgery, we focus on:
✨ Nervous System Regulation – Chronic illness often locks the body in fight-or-flight mode. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic awareness, we shift your nervous system into a healing state (rest & digest) so your body can feel safe and supported before surgery.
✨ Embodied Spinal Flow Technique – My Embodied Spinal Flow technique helps unblock tension patterns in the spine and energy pathways, allowing for greater ease, circulation, and relaxation before surgery. This technique optimizes energy flow, reduces stress, and helps your body integrate changes with less resistance.
✨ Self-Breast Massage & Loving Connection – Many women feel emotionally detached or even resentful toward their breasts due to years of illness. Through guided self-breast massage, we bring loving awareness, gratitude, and somatic connection back to this space—creating a peaceful, healing relationship with your body before explant.
✨ Somatic Release of Emotional & Energetic Trauma – Your body holds the memories of implant toxicity and the emotional weight of your journey. Through breath, sound, and movement, we begin releasing stagnant energy and stored trauma, making room for new healing and vitality.
✨ Intentional Healing Mindset & Body Trust – Before surgery, we work on releasing fear, cultivating body trust, and aligning with your innate healing power—helping your body feel safe and supported as you transition into the next phase of your journey.
Phase 2: Post-Surgery Healing & Nervous System Support
After explant surgery, your body is adjusting to its natural state, detoxing stored toxins, and healing from both the physical procedure and years of immune system dysregulation. This phase is about deep integration, gentle movement, and full-body restoration.
💛 Post-Surgical Somatic Integration – Surgery can be a shock to the nervous system. I use gentle breathwork, visualization, and spinal flow techniques to bring your body into a state of deep relaxation and healing—allowing you to recover with more ease and less stress.
💛 Reclaiming Body Connection & Acceptance – Many women experience an emotional shift post-explant—a mix of relief, grief, or uncertainty about their new body. We gently work on reconnecting to your natural form, embracing your body’s wisdom, and re-establishing a relationship built on trust and love.
💛 Detox & Energy Clearing Practices – Your body will go through a natural detox process post-surgery, releasing the chemicals, heavy metals, and trauma stored in the implants. I guide you through somatic detox practices such as:
💛 Rebalancing the Nervous System – Your nervous system will be adjusting to a new normal without implants. Using vagus nerve activation, gentle somatic practices, and yin-based breathwork, we ensure your system stays in a healing state rather than falling back into survival mode.
💛 Emotional & Identity Integration – Beyond the physical healing, many women experience an identity shift after explant. We explore:

Breast Implant Illness (BII) Coaching: Reclaim Your Health & Vitality
For years, thousands of women have suffered in silence, experiencing unexplained symptoms that disrupt their health, energy, and overall well-being—only to discover that their breast implants were the hidden culprit. Breast Implant Illness (BII) is a complex and often misunderstood condition caused by the body’s reaction to the toxic materials and chronic inflammation triggered by implants.
Breast Implant Illness (BII) Symptoms
The symptoms of BII can manifest in countless ways, often mimicking autoimmune disorders or other chronic illnesses. You may have seen doctor after doctor, searching for answers, only to be dismissed or misdiagnosed. If you’re experiencing any of the following, your implants could be the root cause:
🔥 Chronic Fatigue – Feeling exhausted no matter how much you rest
🔥 Joint & Muscle Pain – Stiffness, weakness, or unexplained aches
🔥 Brain Fog & Memory Issues – Trouble concentrating, forgetfulness, difficulty processing thoughts
🔥 Breast & Chest Pain – Soreness, burning sensations, or tightness
🔥 Skin Conditions – Rashes, hives, acne, or other persistent skin issues
🔥 Chronic Inflammation – Swelling, bloating, and a general feeling of being unwell
🔥 Headaches & Migraines – Frequent, unexplained headaches that don’t go away
🔥 Hair Thinning or Loss – Changes in hair texture, increased shedding
🔥 Hormonal Imbalances – Irregular periods, mood swings, weight fluctuations
🔥 Anxiety & Depression – Emotional instability, panic attacks, or unexplained sadness
🔥 Respiratory Issues – Shortness of breath, tightness in the chest
🔥 Digestive Disruptions – Bloating, nausea, IBS-like symptoms
🔥 Autoimmune-Like Responses – Your body attacking itself, leading to mystery symptoms
If any of these resonate with you, you are not alone. Your body is not broken—it's speaking to you. It’s signaling that something foreign is disrupting your natural balance.
The Toxic Truth about Breast Implants
Breast implants contain a cocktail of chemicals and heavy metals that can leach into your system over time, triggering a cascade of symptoms. Even intact implants release silicone, platinum, formaldehyde, arsenic, and other neurotoxic compounds into the body. This exposure can lead to systemic inflammation, immune dysfunction, and neurological issues.
Additionally, the body may form biofilm—a toxic bacterial coating—around the implants, further exacerbating symptoms and making healing even more difficult. Whether your implants are saline or silicone, they have the potential to cause harm, even if they haven’t ruptured. There is a reason that the FDA forced implant manufacturers to put a black box warning on their implants. Unfortunatelly the onus is on the surgeon to relay this important information and they are failing to do so.
